Roysambu United is a grassroots-driven selfhelp edorganization at the heart of the Roysambu Constituency. Founded by the visionary Dr. Faith Mwaura, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and families through sustainable programs focused on education, health, water & sanitisation and economic development. Guided by our community-first approach, we create initiatives that address real needs and deliver long-term solutions, fostering growth and resilience.
Our Story
Roysambu United was born from a desire to make a difference—starting right where it matters most: the grassroots. Witnessing the challenges faced by the community, Dr. Faith Mwaura envisioned an organization that would combine local insight with her extensive professional experience to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Meet Our Founder:
Dr. Faith Mwaura
Dr. Faith Mwaura is a Passionate International Award Winning Entrepreneur with a Keen interest in Developing Superior, Affordable Housing and Communities. She has over 15 years experience both locally and in the diaspora markets. She was awarded the Best Female Real Estate Developer by KNCCI Women in Business 2019, Best Woman in Business Excellence by Women Economic Forum Amsterdam 2018 among other achievements. She is also the Founder of a Tree Planting Society called Miti Millioni that has engaged communities in hundreds of tree planting activities all over the Country.
Faith has a Doctrate in Public Administration from the London Bridge Business School, a graduate student at United States International University in Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from Daystar University with Majors in Marketing and Business Management. She is a Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Fellow, a Distinguished Fellow of the Africa Institute Award and a recipient of the kurumah Transformational Leadership Medal. Her Professional Certifications include Investment & Financial Analyst and Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit Expert.
A graduate of Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, with a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Development, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Daystar University, Dr. Mwaura has built a career dedicated to adding value and nurturing growth. Her areas of Service & Laedership include;
- She founded the Miti Millioni Initiative to promote Environmental Sustainability through Tree Planting, Reforestation, Use of Renewable Energy and Community Development
- Serving as Vice Treasurer for the Centre for Multi-Party Democracy (CMD), fostering dialogue on national development issues.
- Advocating for healthcare access as a Board Member of Care for a Child’s Heart, which funds life-saving surgeries for children with congenital heart conditions.
- She serves in the National Climate Change and Energy Committee of the KNCCI
